Получили одобрение на ипотеку &mdash; но оформление дома затягивалось. Мы продали квартиру и дачу, чтобы внести первоначальный взнос, но оформление этого только построенного дома со стороны продавцов затянулось, и одобрение ипотеки закончилось. Причем это был последний дом, на который дал согласие кооператив: позднее дома из устава кооператива убрали. Дальше потребовалась нотариально оформленная сделка, а не сделка с помощью МФЦ, так как продавцы &mdash; двое супругов-пенсионеров.
