I think everything published made a ton of sense. However, what about this? what if you were to create a awesome post title? I mean, I don't want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added something to possibly grab a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You could peek at Yahoo's front page and note how they write news headlines to grab people to open the links. You might add a related video or a pic or two to get people excited about everything've written. Just my opinion, it would make your website a little bit more interesting.
